Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscription fees and platform charges paid to YantrAdhigam Labs Private Limited ("TradeOn", "we", "us") for access to the TradeOn platform. This policy does not govern transactions between sellers and buyers — those are solely between the respective trade parties.

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees, API plan charges, and platform charges paid to TradeOn are strictly non-refundable. By subscribing to any plan or service on TradeOn, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees (seller plans, buyer plans)
  • API subscription charges and usage fees
  • Any add-on services or premium features
  • Partial-period usage after cancellation
  • Plan downgrades mid-cycle
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Changes in your business circumstances

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your TradeOn subscription at any time from the Billing page in your portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Auto-renewal will be disabled immediately.
  • After your billing period ends, you enter a 90-day grace period with read-only access to export your data (orders, invoices, catalogs, relationships).
  • After the grace period, your account is deactivated. Data is retained for 6 months before permanent deletion per our data retention policy.
  • No refund is issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.

3. API Subscription Cancellation

  • API subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation is immediate.
  • No refunds are issued for unused API quota within the current billing period.
  • API keys are revoked upon cancellation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare, exceptional circumstances, TradeOn may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider providing a credit (not a refund) for future use. This applies only to:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a verified system error.
  • Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization, subject to verification and fraud investigation.

To report such issues, email info@tradeon.in within 15 days of the charge with your invoice number and supporting evidence.

5. Price Changes

TradeOn reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with a minimum of 90 days advance notice. You will be notified via in-portal announcements and email. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before the effective date. Your current plan remains active at the existing price until the end of your paid period.

6. Inter-Party Trade Transactions

TradeOn is a technology platform and intermediary. Returns, refunds, replacements, and disputes related to trade transactions between sellers and buyers (including product quality, delivery, pricing, or payment terms) are the sole responsibility of the transacting parties. TradeOn does not process refunds on behalf of sellers or buyers, does not hold escrow, and is not a party to any trade transaction conducted on the platform.
