How does billing work?

TradeOn uses monthly subscription billing powered by Razorpay. Your card is charged automatically each month. You receive a tax invoice for every payment.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from the Billing page. The new plan takes effect immediately. Price changes are communicated 90 days in advance.

What happens when my subscription expires?

After your billing period ends, you enter a 90-day grace period with read-only access. Your data is preserved. Resubscribe anytime to restore full access.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a trial period to explore the platform. Subscribe to a plan when you're ready to unlock full features like credit control, GRN, and advanced reporting.

Cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No lock-in contracts.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. GST invoices are generated automatically.

Do prices include GST?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18%) is added at checkout and reflected on your tax invoice.
