Can field staff collect payments?

Yes. Collectors work their assigned customers on TON Mobile and share receipts on the spot.

When does a cheque count as paid?

Only when it clears. Taking or depositing a cheque settles nothing, so a bounce has nothing to undo.

Does a payment free up the buyer's credit limit?

Yes. Recording a payment releases the credit the order had used.

Can one receipt pay several invoices?

Yes. It settles the oldest dues first, or exactly the split you choose.
