Can I order from suppliers who are not on TON?

You can invite them to TON. Once they accept, their catalogue and your prices appear in TON Buy.

What happens when a delivery is short or damaged?

Record it on the goods receipt. TON raises a discrepancy the supplier must resolve with a credit note, replacement or return.

Will reorder rules order without asking me?

Only if you choose auto-place. Otherwise TON prepares the order for you to review.

Do I need TON Books to use TON Buy?

No. Books is optional; if you use it, purchases post there on their own.

Who pays for my TON Buy licence?

Many suppliers sponsor their buyers' licences. If yours does not, a licence is ₹199 a month.
